I've been to other eye doctors before. This is the first time I've never been rushed & a doctor actually listens. Dr. Balitski truly cares about his patients & his office staff is amazing. He explains everything in simple terms that you can understand.

Balitski Vision is a very welcoming atmosphere and as a “nervous Nellie” haha I find the environment very friendlly while still being professional. I have the utmost confidence in Dr Balitski, as do the 3 other members of my family. We’ve been going here for over 20 years and as long as we live in this area, we won’t go anywhere else.

I really enjoy Balitski Vision. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, from Leigha and Rebecca all the way up to Doctor Balitski. I have never had any doctor spend as much time and effort to make sure I get the exact right prescription for my eyes. Everyone is so incredibly patient with you, even when it takes you 30 minutes to pick out the perfect frames! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Balitski Vision, and, in fact, I have many times.

Dr. B has been my eye care provider for many years. He is always accessible when I have a medical need outside of my annual eye exams and eye wear needs. He always explains in simplest terms what medical needs I may have and answers any and all questions as well. The office staff are super pleasant and very helpful with scheduling appointments and assisting when I have eye glasses to choose from.

I am answering jointly for Mark and me. We believe that Dr Balitski is intelligent, well trained, and genuinely cares about us as patients. The entire staff is friendly and all of you seem to work well together. The office is comfortable and the frame selection excellent/ The only small negative part of the experience is that it seemed to take a long time, close to 2 1/2 hours for both of us. We did receive apologies for that, so perhaps it was unusual. Otherwise, everything went really well.

The staff are friendly and easy to work with. They know what you need and what looks good. We were grateful for the help in selecting the frames and features. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been seeing Dr Balitski for 20 years. He is always professional and personable. He writes little notes in the margin of your chart to remind himself about small details. Sees you at the appointed time, no long time spent waiting. The eye exam is thorough, will send updates to your physician when applicable. The office staff is also friendly and professional. When I moved from Washington to Monroeville I kept Dr Balitski instead of changing my eye doctor.

My only concern is that when my insurance benefits were explained to me; it stated my glasses with progressive lens/non glare/scratch resistant/etc would be several hundred dollars and as well; my benefits would be the same no matter where I went; as long as it was a par provider; which makes sense. However, when I went to another par provider - then ran my benefits and my cost was $48.00 oop. Not sure how that can happen?????

I really enjoyed my appointment. Everyone was very friendly and soft spoken. Dr Balitski has a very calming voice and made the appointment a very relaxing experience

Excellent overall experience! Doctor Balitski is kind, knowledgeable, and takes time to be thorough and explain everything without ever seeming rushed. The office is nice and the front desk ladies are wonderfully patient and take time to explain everything as well. Highly recommend !!

Love the doctor but would not recommend anyone to endure the office staffs poor attitude and lack of professionalism. My daughter in law and a friend from work are looking for a new doctor in this area. I want to highly recommend Dr. Balitski but I will most definitely warn them about the staff and my experiences with them. If the staff is screening these responses then I hold no hope the doctor will ever know how horrible his help is.

Dr. Balitski is the best! I always feel like I receive the best care after an eye exam at his office. He is funny, caring and answers all of my questions. His staff is always friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else
